The product looks just as advertised. However the body of the microwave seems a cheap metal, the door does not close smooth (sounds like a tin box) and its quite noisy when heating action starts.
Overall quite disappointed because this has been the first time a B & D product was not up to the mark.
I wish i had not purchased it.
