Five years and still going strong

I bought this as a gift, but I have been using one for about five years. It has really held up, and I use it daily. My second kid is still drinking out of a bottle. My favorite feature is that the small brush works well to clean bottle nipples but also doubles as the base for the top. It has a suction cup, so it will stick to the sink and remains standing. It is one of the best products I got when I had my first kid. That's why I bought one as a gift for someone else.

Nose too narrow

I bought this to clean my Dr. Brown bottles but unfortunately, the brush is too short and the bristles are too hard to push through the bottle opening to clean. So now I just use it to clean my regular dishes and it works really well on stubborn stuck on stains. In all fairness, it's probably designed specifically for munchkin bottles and may work well on those. Still, I'm giving it three stars because I did manage to force the brush through one of my smaller bottles but with the nose of the brush being so narrow, it was impossible to clean the bottom of it...and I can't imagine how it could clean any flat bottom. It certainly didn't clean mine.

Not perfect but my favorite

I've tried many brands and these have become my favorite bottle brush. I like the firm bristles. The suction cup stand is one of my favorite features and the brush can still stand up on its own while you're using the nipple brush. Yes the nipple brush eventually rusts but you're supposed to replace it every so often anyway (5 stars if it didn't rust- but I like the nipple brush here versus the weird silicone kind of nipple brushes). I use Avent natural bottles and medela pump parts. There is a little spray of soapy water while cleaning the 5oz medela bottles bc the opening is narrow but it doesn't bother me much and other brands also do the same. I use the nipple brush for the small areas of the pump parts and it works out well. Washing bottles thoroughly is tedious but these work for me the best.

Too big and stiff

I found that the width of this brush is too large and the bristles are too stiff, making it hard to clean in all the tiny spaces of my bottle and pump parts.

First, this brush is almost too big to fit into the mouth of my Medela pump bottles, and probably any other normal sized bottle opening. When I apply enough force I can barely push it in, but soap and water sprays everywhere when I pull it back out! What a mess!

Also the bristles are much stiffer than I expected. This makes it impossible to clean all the little nooks and crannies.

I had hoped this would be a good alternative to a sponge top bottle brush because the sponge can be a nice environment for germs to multiply, but it turns out it was just a waste of money.

UPDATE: After using for several weeks, the bristles softened up and fit through the bottle tops better. However, I still feel like the nipple cleaner brush at at the bottom is not quite gentle enough for the soft silicone in the bottle nipples!

Eh not bad but not great

I originally had the Munchkin bottle brush that had a sponge on top but that didn't last very long because the sponge fell apart.
I bought this one because I was looking for something that was more sturdy and would last longer.
Two complaints:
1. The brush is very stiff so it's hard to get in and out of the bottles (Ameda bottles) and it definitely doesn't fit into Snappies bottles. You have to force it into the bottles and it usually sprays you when you take it out. (For the record, it fits Avent bottles better).
2. It doesn't really hold the soap well. Since its not like a sponge, the soap basically falls off when you squirt it on so I feel like I have to use a lot of soap to get the bottles clean.

Overall, it is a lot more sturdy than the previous bottle brush I had, which is what I was looking for and the price is great since its an add-on item.
