Take the two pieces with the sharp curve and push them into the appropriate slightly-curved bars (you can see which ones in the instruction leaflet). Line up the holes and put a bolt though these and through the single long bar. Don't tighten them up so much that you can't wiggle them about. Take out the rectangular bar and bolt on to the construction in 1. Tighten. Tighten the bolts in 1. Bend each sharp-curved bar so that the unbolted holes line up with those in the long bar, then bolt together. Tighten. Bolt on and tighten the final short bars. You may want to put a bit of padding where the bar touches the door frame to stop the paintwork getting damaged. This is a good solid bar. Worth the money.
