Customer Reviews
Top reviews from other countries

I expect I'll stick to the basic settings, but there are plenty of options I haven't tested so my assumption is that this would be a decent tool for pros whose needs are a lot more demanding than mine.

I have not played around much with anything beyond the basic settings. It does have additional audio codec formats and I think most of the important streaming protocols… RTSP and SRT for sure. I also haven’t streamed to YouTube or Facebook… as stated above, I have it feeding straight to my NAS and use a program on the NAS to view the video. Pretty seamless so far.
There are some other useful features paired with the web based interface that I will probably mess around later, once I am finished with this initial project with the encoder. The web based interface was pretty easy to use, has a clean UI and common sense options. My only concern with using a smaller or unknown brand user interface or web portal is lack of updates. This could turn into a security risk… so I’m kind of hands off with the web portal… stream to my NAS, then opening my NAS to my wider network.
Not a bad device at all. I definitely recommend it.

One of the best features of this encoder is its support for a variety of streaming protocols, including HLS, RTMP, RTSP, SRT, and UDP. This makes it compatible with a wide range of streaming platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, and more. Additionally, the encoder is ONVIF and Hikvision compatible, making it easy to integrate into existing security and surveillance systems.
The video quality produced by this encoder is great, with support for H.265 encoding ensuring that streams are delivered with high compression efficiency and low bandwidth requirements. With support for up to 1080P 60FPS video, the device is capable of delivering smooth and fluid video streams that are ideal for high-intensity applications such as gaming, sports, and other fast-paced content.
Overall, this HDMI Video Encoder is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a high-quality video encoding solution for live streaming applications. Its versatility, compatibility, and high-quality video encoding make it a good option for a wide range of use cases.
