I have healthy strong hair, but we had to bleach out really black hair color all over to lift the dark and lighten it.
My hair was just stressed, dried specially the ends felt 'crispy', I used one application after washing my hair and left it on all night to a great outcome, my hair is soft and smooth and has bounce again, pretty miraculous. I will continue to use it at least once a week to ensure it continues to recover but just one time application made a huge difference.
