I bought these because the sunglasses I really wanted were $200, and I have enough pairs of quality sunglasses not to be able to rationalize shelling out that much for a new "look." The knockarounds I bought were roughly the same style & color combo as the expensive ones I wanted, and the reviews were really good, so I thought, "Why not?" How bad could they be. Well, you know those giveaway sunglasses you get at parties & events? That's what these feel like. The plastic of the frames seems very cheap, and the hinges are snap-on--no screws. I suspect these will snap fairly easily. They also have poor side coverage, but that is more a style thing.
The real question is are they worth $20? If you want long lasting, sturdy & robust sunglasses I would say no. If you want cheap sunglasses because you always lose yours I would say you can probably get as good or better glasses if you shop around. If you can get them for under $10 I'd say go for it; you'd probably spend that money on something less worthwhile anyway.
I would tell you I'll come back in a few years and readdress this review, but it would be pointless: I don't trust these enough to use them regularly. They''l reside in my glove box with my other emergency sunglasses.
