I’m an iron guy! I mean a man who trust only a steam irons!! But this devices is amazingly do the job it intended for! It depends on the fabric material, the results will vary! Things that as my first time using such product, it needs a bit time to get to know how to use it in a proper way (some YouTube videos can give you some tips that will help). One last thing, for some tough fabrics that it won’t remove the wrinkles 100 %, but sure it will be good to use it first before ironing cause it will make the ironing more easier!

I hardly use the iron anymore

After purchasing this, i think i use the iron about 90% less then i use to. I wear a lot of clothes that do not require perfect lines from ironing, i.e. smart suit shirts. For when i do, i have to use an iron, all other times to get rid of creases and not look like it has just come out of the washing machine, i use this! Just wish i bought this years earlier. The only downside to this is that the water does run out after 2 items but it takes about 1 min to refill and start again.

Expected so much more for a Philips premium product with that price tag. It is more or less unusable as almost no power in the steam that comes out compare to my old no brand one that cost a £15!!! Unless this one is faulty but then again Philips customer service adamants that it is working as it should be when sent a video to them. I would avoid and save money by getting a different brand.
