1. When you receive solar lanterns, please press "ON" button then place the light cover upside down at the table to keep them in the darkness to check whether the lights will light up or not. (2) The solar light is not light up, please reset the battery or allow at least 1 days and nights of charging and discharging for the battery to charge to its full capacity.
2. The lanterns automatically turn the lights on at dusk and off at dawn, need to keep away from the street lights, otherwise the solar panel cannot sense the darkness and will affect normal use. 3. Bought several of these lanterns last year and they are still going strong this year (outside between May and October). Nice flower/mandala pattern that gets larger if the lantern is above the ground. The color is warm white which is more pleasant on the eyes than pure white. If they get too dirty, just spray paint the lanterns or change the color to your liking.

These lights throw the most beautiful pattern on the table. The colour of the lamp itself is more “cream” than white. The light cast is warm. The hanger is removable for use on tabletop. The only downside is that I have started to see a tiny hint of rust where the hanger connects, after they were accidentally left out in the rain. But the solar part is weatherproof. I love them!

LOVE! I get so many compliments about these. I was going to hang these lanterns initially, but when I turned them on and set them on the ground, they made such a beautiful flower pattern around them that I decided to use them around the edge of my patio instead. They charge really well in the daytime and emit light for hours in the evening. Plus, one of six unfortunately didn’t work, but I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a new one the next day without having to do a refund!

I bought 2 of these last year un summers. Used very moderately and after the season was over I packed them back in there boxes and kept it for the next season. This year I put them up they both worked but one of them died … so I practically used it for 3 months and they are done ! Very disappointed! And now they are 15$ more than last year!

These give off a warm and beautiful light that can be seen from 50 feet away. The LEDs actually do last all night.

The materials used are metal and some sort of weatherproof plastic. I say this because we were hit by an EF2 Tornado this summer and both units went airborne. Both survived undamaged. The plastic piece with the led and panel popped out of the top and we’re easy to re-insert once they were found.

They still work. Also, they cast a beautiful pattern on flat surfaces.

While tornado survival is not in the product description, that’s what happened.
