I received the product in good condition. The only problem I encountered is that I could not connect automatically to the home app, I did manual pairing but still unsuccessful. Trying to submit feedback to the app but still to no avail. This feature of connectivity to the app with the Mi air purifier 2H as one deciding factor why I chose in spite of the several items available in the market. I hope somebody can help me on this concern.
