Create a Repair Label

For some products shipped and sold by, you can create a repair label in Your Orders and send it to the Approved Repair Vendor.

To create a repair label:

  1. Go to the Online Returns Center.
  2. Click Return items. You'll be taken to a page showing your most recent orders.
  3. Choose the items to return and click on "Repair and Warranty support".
  4. Describe what's wrong with the item and click Continue. The approved repair vendor will be able to diagnose and fix the problem faster if you provide as much detail as possible. If a repair is possible, you'll be offered it here. If you're not offered a repair, it isn't available for your item.
  5. Select the address where the approved repair vendor should return the item. The original delivery address is selected by default. Select Change Address to choose a different return address.

You will be given a mailing label and instructions for sending the item to the approved repair vendor. If you choose drop-off option, print out the label and be sure to follow all handling and packaging instructions.

Note: Before sending any electronic device has your personal data stored, remove any passwords or security features from the device and back up any data you want to keep. Data may be deleted during the repair process, as that may be required in order to repair your device, but the approved repair vendor will make every effort to avoid this if possible. Be sure to include any accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.) that came with your item, which will help to diagnose the fault. Please pack the items as securely as possible.

We'll send your contact details to the approved repair vendor, including your name, e-mail address and return address. Please see Warranty Repairs for more information.
