For some products shipped and sold by Amazon, you may have the option of having them repaired by the Approved Repair Vendor.
To create a repair label:
You will be given a mailing label and instructions for sending the item to the approved repair vendor. If you choose drop-off option, print out the label and be sure to follow all handling and packaging instructions.
Note: Before sending any electronic device that has your personal data stored, remove any passwords or security features from the device and back up any data you want to keep. Data may be deleted during the repair process, as that may be required in order to repair your device, but the approved repair vendor will make every effort to avoid this if possible. Be sure to include any accessories (batteries, chargers, etc.) that came with your item, which will help to diagnose the fault. Please pack the items as securely as possible.
