You can continue to use the same login information to sign into your account on If you have an existing account on Amazon with the same email address associated with your account, please use your Amazon password and not your password to sign in.

3. How can I use the account balance I had on my account?

Your Souq account balance has been successfully transferred to Gift Card balance.

The Gift Card balance can be used to place new orders on The amount is non-withdrawable and non-transferrable. To view your Gift Card balance, click here.

Your gift card balance will be automatically applied to your next eligible order. When you select the Cash on Delivery payment option, the full amount will need to be paid to the courier and no amount will be taken from your Gift card balance.

If you want to use your Gift Card balance for another occasion, you can choose to check out without using your gift card balance when you select your payment method.

4. Can I access my orders, payment Methods and addresses in the account?

Yes. You can access your orders by visiting Your Account and selecting Your Orders. For your convenience, any payment methods and addresses used by you on in the last year have automatically been associated with your account. Please visit Your Account page to learn more.

If your details have not been automatically transferred, you can enter your payment and address information on the Your Account page. You can also enter this information when checking out.

5. Can I still use the App to shop in Egypt?

Yes, you can continue to use the App to browse and shop for items in Egypt.

6. Why am I redirected to the web browser when I change the country from India to UAE in my Amazon App?

If you have downloaded the Amazon app on your Android device and your Google Play Store country is set to India, you have the India specific version of the Amazon app. If you change your shopping country to UAE from this App, you will be re-directed to mobile browser experience. If you want to download the Amazon app for UAE, you will need to change your Google Play Store country to UAE and delete the India Amazon app.
