You can choose your preferred time slot for the service appointments from the list of available time slots.
You will receive an email notification immediately after placing your order. You will also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to the service appointment.
The service provider will send an email/SMS message confirming their time of arrival. If you don't receive the message within the first hour of your appointment window, you can send the service provider a message through Your Orders . See more information about how to contact your service provider in Contact your Amazon Home Services Provider .
Prepare for your service appointment
Your service provider will come with all the necessary tools and materials to complete the work in your service request. You can see the scope of the service in the What's included section of the service detail page.
We will process your payment when you place the order. Don't make a direct payment to the service provider. Happiness Guarantee will not cover any payment that you make outside of the scope of work. If a service provider asks you to pay directly, please let us know by contacting Customer Service.
