Frequently Asked Questions about Deliveries

Amazon deliveries continue but delivery times may be longer than usual.

Last updated on March 25, 2020.

1. Can I place an order? Will Amazon deliver the package?

Yes, Amazon deliveries are currently continuing. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current situation (e.g. offices). Please check your building or community guidelines regarding restrictions on home deliveries.

We are working around the clock to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We are continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory. Please see our recent press release for more information:

2. How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment on Amazon.ae by clicking here. You can also sign up to receive notifications about your shipment here.

3. Can I still return my orders?

Yes, you can create returns by visiting the Online Returns Center.

4. Is it safe to receive orders?

We always prioritize the safety of our customers and our delivery associates. We will continue to deliver only where it is safe to do so. For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization website.

5. What is Amazon doing about price gouging?

There is no place for price gouging on Amazon. We can confirm that we do not engage in surge pricing. Lower priced offers are quickly selling out, leaving higher priced offers from third party sellers. We are actively monitoring our website and removing offers that substantially exceed the recent average sales price.

6. What is Amazon doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. In addition to the thousands who are affected by the illness, thousands more are indirectly dealing with changes in their work, school, and community environments. Learn more about what we are doing to ensure the safety and support of our customers, communities, and employees during this difficult time on the Amazon Day 1 blog here.
