1. Can I place an order? Will Amazon deliver the package?

Yes, Amazon deliveries are currently continuing. Please do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current situation (e.g. offices). Please check your building or community guidelines regarding restrictions on home deliveries.

We are working to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We are continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory. Please see our recent press release for more information:

2. How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment on Amazon.ae by clicking here. You can also sign up to receive notifications about your shipment here.

3. Can I still return my orders?

Yes, you can create returns by visiting the Online Returns Center. Our associates are trained to follow regional regulations and social distancing guidelines when picking up returns. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.

4. Is it safe to receive orders?

We always prioritize the safety of our customers and our delivery associates. We will continue to deliver only where it is safe to do so. For guidance on COVID-19, please refer to the World Health Organization website.

5. What is Amazon.ae doing about price gouging?

There is no place for price gouging on Amazon.ae. We can confirm that we do not engage in surge pricing. Learn more about what we are doing in relation to pricing on the Amazon.ae website here.

You can submit a pricing concern to us by clicking Report incorrect product information on the product detail page, then select Other product details, then Price issue. While we are not able to respond directly to all reports, we appreciate your feedback.

6. What is Amazon doing to keep customers and employees safe?

We are closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19. 7. Is it possible to reduce contact with drivers when they deliver my orders?

Yes. Amazon's delivery associates are reducing contact with customers by placing packages at the customer's doorstep and stepping back. If an ID check is required, these are now performed at a distance. To know more about Amazon’s safety measures, please click here.
