About Ordering from a Marketplace Seller

Marketplace Sellers are independent sellers who offer a variety of products and goods.

Buying From a Marketplace Seller

The steps to place an order with a Marketplace Seller are the same as placing any other order at Amazon.ae. Amazon will pass your payment to the Seller but never pass along your payment information.

You should never send payment to a Seller except through Amazon. You should regard any request to make a payment outside of Amazon (e.g. Moneygram, Western Union, bank transfer) as fraudulent and Contact Us to report the Seller.

Marketplace sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them.

As Amazon.ae isn't directly involved in the completion of sales arranged with Marketplace Sellers, you'll need to contact the Seller directly for the following issues:

  • To ask about an item they have for sale at Amazon.ae.
  • To find out when your order will be shipped and when it should be delivered.
  • If your order doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date.
  • If an item you received arrived damaged or becomes defective within 15 days.
  • If the item you received isn't the same as the item listing.

If a dispute arises between you and a Marketplace Seller, and you can't reach an agreement with them, you may be able to file an Amazon.ae A-to-Z Guarantee Refund. For more information, go to A-to-Z Guarantee Protection.

Note: Sellers work hard to ensure that stock is on hand for delivery, but now and then the availability of a listed item will change by the time an order is placed. While an occasional stock-out is bound to happen, we do require sellers to keep these to a minimum.
