Contact Marketplace Sellers

You can contact a Marketplace Seller both before and after placing an order.

Marketplace sellers handle customer service for orders shipped directly from them.

To contact a Marketplace Seller, before placing an order:

Go to the product listing on and click the Marketplace Seller's name. Click the Ask a question button.

To contact a Marketplace Seller, after placing an order:

  1. Go to Your orders.
  2. Locate your order in the list and click on Problem with an order.
  3. Select a contact reason from the drop down before writing a message to the seller.
  4. Note: You can view past communication from a seller and respond to messages, by visiting the Message center. For more information, visit About the Buyer-Seller Messaging Service.

    Note: Please give sellers two business days to respond. In most cases, you will receive a reply much sooner. Most seller orders are covered by our A-to-Z Guarantee. If you do not hear from the seller within two business days, go to A-to-Z Guarantee Protection to see if you qualify.
