Amazon Hub Locker

Amazon Hub Locker provides you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your packages. Lockers are currently available in a variety of locations throughout the UAE.

Instead of delivering a package to your home or business address, you can select an Amazon Hub Locker location and pick up your package at a time that's convenient for you (during the selected locker location's opening times). When your package arrives at the locker, we will send you an email notification with a unique pickup code and associated barcode that includes the address and opening times for your selected locker location.

When you arrive to collect your package, enter your pickup code or scan the barcode using the barcode scanner and follow the instructions on the screen.

All packages delivered to Amazon Hub Locker must be picked up within three days of delivery to the locker location. If you're not able to collect your package within this timeframe, the package will be returned to us for a refund.

We always aim to provide you with accurate opening hours for Pickup Locations, however, during holiday periods we suggest that you reconfirm with the location and ensure you can collect your package when you need it.

Currently, Lockers can accept packages up to 80cm x 80cm x 80cm in dimension, with a maximum weight of 4.5kg. If the combined size, weight or dimensions of your package exceeds the size restrictions, you'll need to remove items or select a different delivery address.
