Our Amazon Home Services Cancellation Policy is designed to protect both the customer and the service provider in the event of a cancellation. We know plans can change, so we've designed a cancellation policy that both accommodates our customers and supports our service providers.
To cancel your service appointment up to 12 hours in advance:
You can cancel your Amazon Home Services appointment at no penalty up to 12 hours in advance. If you want to cancel your request in the 12 hours prior to the appointment, contact your service provider by clicking on Contact Provider tab near the service order in Your Orders to see if the service can be cancelled or rescheduled.
For more information on how to reschedule an Amazon Home Services appointment, go to Reschedule an Amazon Home Services Appointment . If your preferred time slot is not available while rescheduling an appointment, you can cancel the service appointment and you will receive the refund.
