Remove Marketplace Seller Feedback

Marketplace seller feedback can't be edited, only removed. Once you've removed feedback for a Marketplace seller, you can't post new feedback for that transaction.

To remove Marketplace seller feedback:

  1. Go to Your Submitted Feedback.
  2. Find the order and select Remove.
  3. Select a reason for the removal.
  4. Select Remove again.
