Faulty unit (apparently quite common)

Product didn’t work. After hours spent with support and reinstalling the device multiple times, they said that the item should be replaced and that I needed to give them my credit card details or have to wait for up to 3 weeks for the replacement. Having read on many forums that this my issue is a common one I decided not to gamble and will be requesting a refund.
