You work hard for your money. Why waste it on "flagships"?
August 21, 2020
I waltzed into the Mi store, closed my eyes and compared the feel and weight between the Mi Note 10 Lite and Xiaomi's flagship Mi 10. They felt identical in the hand. Even aesthetically, you can't tell them apart. The Glacier White finish is incredible, the screen resolution is crisp, and the camera quality exceeds expectations at this price. This may feature the lower tier Snapdragon 730G but it doesn't feel any slower than an 865 equipped flagship. Don't obsess over speedtest comparisons on YouTube and AnTuTu benchmark scores. What matter is how it feels and performs in the real world with day-to-day tasks. And it performs exceptionally considering what you pay for. Xiami is single-handedly responsible for converting this reformed 13 year Apple-holic to embracing Android devices that represent oustanding value proposition, which is what Xiaomi has come to be known for. There simply isn't any reason to buy a 2000 AED+ flagship when devices such as the Mi Note 10 Lite, Poco X2 Pro and Redmi K30 Pro Zoom edition exist, unless you have a money tree growing in your backyard. Bye Apple, you can keep your $120 Thunderbolt cables, $700 wheels and $1000 monitor stands. For the same price as the iPhone 11 Pro Max, i purchased this Mi Note 10 Lite, a Poco F2 Pro, 2 sets of Soundpeats and Taotronics Earbuds, extra USB-C charging cables, 2 powerbanks and STILL had leftover money for my weekly grocery run and a nice dinner for two. Let that sink in!
