I have been using this product for almost a year now and it hasn't disappointed me, esp. as I had learned how to use it more efficiently beforehand through countless research (make sure to balance the phone before switching it on and I had to make a makeshift counterweight). Definitely is a great purchase for people looking into filming with their phone. It gets so handy as soon as one masters the shortcut buttons and my advice is for one to purchase the Filmic Pro app when using an Android Device. The zooming in and out isn't as smooth as I had hoped it would be, but overall, it helped me learn techniques on filming and pushed me to maximize the strengths of my phone's camera without worrying about shaky footage.
